The InfoPost website enables readers to see the application submitted to City Planning Department.  Readers will see plans, photographs, zoning and general plan maps, vicinity map, ZIMAS property profile, and environmental clearance.

If you don’t want others to see it, InfoPost can be password protected and used only by you to monitor the progress of your case 24/7.  It’s  also effective in record keeping of revisions to documents and final versions.

This Premium Package also provides:

• SATT discusses your proposal so the reader understands in plain language your application and what justifies its approval.
• SATT responds to comments submitted to the website by readers  (equivalent to one hour of time).

How it works:

• SATT will post on your property a Public Hearing Notice sign that includes City Planning public notice and SATT’s QR Code/URL card (SATT QR Code).
• SATT will prepare verification of posting (i.e. proves onsite posting was done) and submit it to your case file.
• SATT will respond to comments submitted by viewers.
• SATT will report to you the number of readers, which indicates the degree of interest in your proposal.
