The InfoPost website enables readers to see the application submitted to City Planning Department.  Readers will see plans, photographs, zoning and general plan maps, vicinity map, ZIMAS property profile, and environmental clearance.

If you don’t want others to see it, InfoPost can be password protected and used only by you to monitor the progress of your case 24/7.  It’s  also effective in record keeping of revisions to documents and final versions.

How it works:

• Self-Posting – City Planning will give you a blank Public Hearing Notice sign when you file your application.
• City Planning will mail you the public notice and SATT will mail you SATT’s QR Code/URL card (SATT QR Code ) that you paste on the blank Public Hearing Notice.
• You send verification of posting (i.e. proves onsite posting was done) to SATT and SATT will submit it to your case file.
• SATT will respond to comments submitted by viewers (i.e., equal to one hour of time)

Cost: $125.00    (add $85 if SATT must return to remove the posting)
